That's why Dental Wellness at Dry Creek created our Dental Membership Plan, a discount program designed to help families in Centennial, CO and surrounding areas access affordable dental care. We offer two flexible plan options to suit your needs, so you can maintain optimal oral health without breaking the bank. Our plans cover essential services like routine cleanings, X-rays, and exams, while also providing discounts on additional procedures. Our Dental Membership Plans:

PLAN 1

Covers two routine dental cleanings per year
All X-rays needed are covered for the year
Covers periodic dental exam by dentist at time of dental cleaning
Covers one additional limited/emergency exam and X-ray per year (We are with our patients when they most need us)
20% discount on any procedures needed (NO EXCLUSIONS)
Any additional cleanings during the year for patients with gum/periodontal

disease discounted to $75 (Compare at $115)

$250 per person

$200 per additional family member

(Includes fluoride application once a year for patients below 16 yrs of age - a $35 value)

PLAN 2

Covers two dental cleanings per year
X-rays/Bitewing X-rays at $20 once a year

(Any additional X-ray charged at $10 per scan as needed)
Periodic exam at $20 twice a year (Total $40)
Limited/Emergency exam and X-ray at $40-65 (Depends on X-rays needed)
20% discount on most procedures (Exclusions apply on some surgical procedures)

$185 per person

$160 per additional family member

(No coverage for fluoride application)
